On Windows? It's coming.

NegBreaker is a Mac app today, but a native Windows build is in the works — same one-click conversion, same one-time price. Drop your email and we'll tell you the moment it's ready.

One email about the Windows release — nothing else. See our privacy policy.

Installing NegBreaker

  1. Download the DMG using the button above.
  2. Open NegBreaker.dmg and drag the app into your Applications folder.
  3. Launch it. The first time, right-click the app and choose Open so macOS lets it run.
  4. Drop in a scan — a single frame, a strip, or a whole roll — and watch it flip to a positive.

System requirements

A Mac running macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later. You'll need your negatives already digitised — a flatbed scan, a dedicated film scanner, or a camera/DSLR scan on a light table all work. New to scanning conversion? Read the guide to converting film negatives to positives.
