If NegBreaker doesn't do what you expected, you can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no reasoning required. Email hello@negbreaker.app from the address you bought with, or use our contact form, and we'll arrange it.

How refunds are processed

NegBreaker is sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd., our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record and handles payment, invoicing and refunds. When you request a refund, we authorise it and Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens to your licence

After a refund, your licence key for NegBreaker is no longer valid for future versions. You're welcome to keep using the free trial.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered voluntarily and in addition to your rights under law. Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content. For downloadable software this right can lapse once the download begins with your express consent, which Paddle collects at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
